MRA wins new account

It’s been described as the most exciting and significant development in the regulation of the window industry for years – providing much needed effective protection for both homeowners and installers. And MRA Marketing is handling its PR.

It is of course the Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGCOS) which has just been launched in a high-profile marketing campaign endorsed by former Crime Watch presenter Nick Ross. Specialist PR agency, MRA Marketing which has been involved in the project from its conception, will now be responsible for all trade PR, ensuring that the real benefits offered by DGCOS are successfully communicated to the entire industry. And there are plenty of advantages to talk about!

“Unlike anything that has gone before, DGCOS is a scheme with real teeth,” explains MRA’s Account Director Jane Rigby. “The scheme offers protection that really means something, with speedy dispute resolution and legally binding judgements backed up by a Compensation Fund. And, as well as peace of mind, the scheme also delivers a raft of business benefits generating leads and promoting sales.”

More information about DGCOS is available from MRA on 01453 521 621.
